In order to facilitate the public to handle the after-death arrangements, the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "Platform for Cemeteries and Crematoria Services" (CCSP) on March 31, 2025 which fully opens up the online cemeteries and crematoria services, as well as to provide a streamlined electronic application process and personalized services.
The FEHD has launched a thematic website which provides the public with information on after-death services and guides them through the funeral arrangements for their departed loved ones. It also helps promote green burial and encourage the public to plan ahead for their own after-death arrangements.
