Private Columbaria Affairs Office

The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has set up a “Private Columbaria Affairs Office” (PCAO) to handle matters relating to the implementation of the Private Columbaria Ordinance and provide executive support to the Private Columbaria Licensing Board. The PCAO comprises the Licensing Board Secretariat, the Branch Administration Unit, the Licensing Team, the Enforcement Team and the Financial Monitoring Team.
