| Who can grant a Temporary Liquor Licence? | The Commissioner of Police may issue a temporary liquor licence for the retail sale of liquor at any public entertainment or on any public occasion under regulation 25 of the Dutiable Commodities (Liquor) Regulations (Cap. 109 sub. leg. B). |

| Who may apply for a Temporary Liquor Licence? | Only a person who is already in possession of a full liquor licence will be considered to be issued with a temporary liquor licence. |
