In accordance with the Dutiable Commodities (Liquor) Regulation, the requirement for a signature in an application submitted in the form of an electronic record is satisfied by a digital signature, or a password assigned or approved by Liquor Licensing Board (LLB). Starting from 31 October 2016, you may now make electronic submission by either a password assigned or approved by the LLB or by digital signature for New Issue and Transfer of Liquor Licence Applications.

You can create an account online. Upon receiving your signed Password Request Form, this Department would notify you of the login name and password assigned by LLB by post. You can lodge your application online at the Online Licence Services website www.licensing.gov.hk and check the status of your application.
