Issuance of Electronic Liquor Licence (e-Liquor Licence)

To further enhance the electronic services for liquor licence, the Liquor Licensing Board will issue Liquor Licence in electronic form starting from 28 June 2024, in addition to the existing paper licence.  The applicant will receive an e-Liquor Licence once his/her application has been approved and the prescribed fee has been paid online.  For other payment methods, the arrangement on issuance of paper licence remains unchanged.

The licensee is required to present the e-Liquor Licence to the law enforcement officers by using an electronic device, such as personal computer, tablet or smartphone, etc. on the licensed premises.
