To integrate the existing online services and improve the service quality of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD), the new online system "Platform for Cemeteries and Crematoria Services" will be launched at 12:00 noon on 22 October 2024. If applicants or undertakers wish to apply for online cremation services, please access through the newly launched "Platform for Cemeteries and Crematoria Services". The "Online Cremation Application and Prepayment System 2.0" (OCAPS 2.0) will cease to receive new cremation applications from 6:00 p.m. on 21 October 2024. However, applicants or registered undertakers will still be able to view or process the applications in OCAPS 2.0 of which payment has already been made before 6:00 p.m. on 21 October 2024 until further notice.
