The service for personal user of "Online Cremation Application and Prepayment System 2.0" (OCAPS 2.0) will be ceased from 12:00 noon on 30 December 2024 and all personal account will also be disabled from assessing the OCAPS 2.0. Personal users are advised to complete the formalities of cremation booking on or before the said deadline. Fees already paid will not be refunded. However, registered undertakers will still be able to view the cases in OCAPS 2.0 until further notice.
The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) has launched the brand new comprehensive online service platform "Platform for Cemeteries and Crematoria Services" (CCSP) on 22 October 2024. If applicants or undertakers wish to apply and pre-pay the prescribed fee for online cremation services, please access through the CCSP.
