In regard to a premises where a Closure Order has been granted by the Court under section 128B of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Cap. 132 (Cap. 132), this Department will refuse to accept and process any application for a food business licence in respect of the closed premises as long as the Closure Order remains in force.
