An Itinerant Hawker Licence authorizes the licensee to hawk in a mobile nature. But the Director can specify the trading area of the hawker in his/her licence. Unlike Fixed-Pitch Hawker Licence, there is no pitch allocated to IHL holder.
There are four categories of IHL, and they are :
- Newspaper;
- Frozen confectionery;
- Mobile van; and
- Other classes.
