Rental payments can be made by the following methods:
In Person
At post office - Payment may be made in person at any post office. The cash payment shall be below HK$120,000 per day, per bill or per transaction. Please produce the demand note intact when making payment. It will be receipted and returned to you. For locations of post offices and their opening hours, please call Hongkong Post's enquiry hotline at 2921 2222 or visit Hongkong Post's website: https://www.hongkongpost.hk.
At convenience store - Payment may be made at any 7-Eleven, Circle K Convenience Stores (HK) Limited (Circle K), China Resources VanGO Convenience Store (VanGO) and U select in Hong Kong. Please produce the demand note intact when making payment. Only cash is accepted at 7-Eleven, while both cash and EPS are accepted at Circle K, VanGO and U select. The maximum limit for each cash transaction is HK$5,000 and that for EPS transaction is subject to the card issuer's EPS daily limit. Please retain the receipt for payment record.
By Post
A cheque, bank draft or cashier's order should be sent together with the "SLIP FOR PAYMENT BY POST" at the lower portion of the demand note to The Treasury, P.O. Box No. 28000, Sham Shui Po Post Office, Hong Kong. The payer should write the 10-digit "Account Number" shown in the demand note on the back of the cheque, bank draft or cashier's order. Cash should not be sent through the post. Please ensure sufficient mailing time and postage to make delivery in order. Underpaid mail will be rejected. No receipt will be issued for payment by post.
By PPS - Merchant Code : 9147
The payer is required to register the rent account by dialling 18011 using a tone phone. The registration should be done by entering the merchant code 9147 and the 10-digit "Account Number" shown in the demand note. After registration, the payer can make payment by dialling 18031 and entering the merchant code 9147 and the registered "Account Number". Enquiries can be made by calling the PPS Hotline: 2311 9876.
Through Internet
Payment may be made through bill payment services provided by banks or PPS on Internet. Information about the websites of banks and PPS on Internet can be obtained from the Treasury's website: https://www.try.gov.hk. In making payment, the payer should select "Food and Environmental Hygiene Department" and enter the 10-digit "Account Number" shown in the demand note. If payment is made by PPS on Internet, it is also necessary to select "Bill Type 4".
Through “Pay e-Cheque” portal
An e-Cheque / e-Cashier's Order should be uploaded via "Pay e-Cheque" portal. For further details, please visit "Pay e-Cheque" portal: https://www.payecheque.gov.hk.
By Bank Automated Teller Machine (ATM)
Payment may be made through the Automated Teller Machines affixed with "Bill Payment " or "JET Payment" signage. The payer is required to select "Food and Environmental Hygiene Department" and enter the 10-digit "Account Number" shown in the demand note.
By Phone Banking

Faster Payment System (FPS)
Payment may be made through Faster Payment System by using any mobile banking apps or e-wallet that supports Government QR code bill payment to scan the FPS QR code printed on the demand note.
