Terms of Reference

The Private Columbaria Licensing Board is set up under the Private Columbaria Ordinance (the Ordinance) (Cap. 630) to regulate the operation and management of columbaria and, in particular to consider and determine applications for specified instruments made to the Board under the Ordinance.
