*總樓面面積就食肆或工廠食堂而言,指專用作經營食肆或工廠食堂的有蓋面積,包括用作貯物室、凍房、職員更衣室、辦公室、空氣調節機房、廁所、升降機大堂及樓梯間的面積。總樓面面積是指在申請牌照的範圍內,邊界牆內壁之間的面積,並包括支柱(如有)。
#普通食肆必須設有至少1個廚房。計算各食物室及座位間的面積時,只計及樓面淨實用面積(指內牆內的範圍),以及樓底高度為1.8米或以上的空間,但不包括支柱(如有)。
*The gross floor area, in relation to a restaurant or factory canteen, means the roofed-over area used exclusively for the business of the restaurant or factory canteen. It includes any area used for a store-room, cold storage chamber, staff changing room, office, air-conditioning engine room, lavatory, lift lobby or stair hall. It should be measured to inside of boundary walls including columns, if any, within the area to be licensed.
#At least one kitchen must be provided in a general restaurant. In the calculation of food room(s) and seating areas, only net usable floor space (measured to internal walls) and space having 1.8 m high or more headroom will be taken into consideration; however, columns, if any, will be excluded.
