Application for Certificate of Burial
Applicant has to apply in person at the Cemeteries and Crematoria Office of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) in Hung Hom or Happy Valley and to:
- provide particulars of the burial, including the name of the deceased, date of burial, name of the cemetery, etc.;
- complete an application form;
- pay the fees at the shroff office and collect the receipt after completing the procedures;
- collect the Certificate of Burial at collection counter after payment.
