To enhance prospective applicant's understanding of restaurant licence application procedures and the licensing requirements/role of relevant government departments, the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) regularly organizes bi-monthly Seminar on Restaurant Licensing in different venues in Hong Kong and offers free admission for the public. Speakers at the seminars include representatives from the FEHD, Buildings Department, Fire Services Department, Environmental Protection Department, Labour Department and Electrical and Mechanical Services Department.
